Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or health care related field.

• Excellent leadership, analytical and project management skills with financial analysis knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and supervision of the practice using a balanced scorecard approach.
• Schedule physician and staff; manage leave requests.
• Recommend equipment and supplies; order as needed to maintain efficiency.
• Prepare and submit an annual budget.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Public Relations to enhance public image.
• Establish and maintain patient flow systems and positive relationships with patients and staff.
• Represent the facility to the business community and public.
• Plan new programs and market services; research opportunities for growth.
• Daily balancing, bank deposits and invoice processing.
• Conduct periodic audits of charts, policies and procedures.
• Interview, hire, orient, develop, and evaluate employees.
