Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• LPN license in the relevant state.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake, including observing, collecting, and documenting current symptoms, medical history, medications, and vital signs in the electronic medical record.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and assisting with procedures.
• Conduct diagnostic testing such as EKGs and basic labs, ensuring proper sample collection and documentation.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinic environment and document in EMR.
• Respond to portal messages, phone calls, and test results to ensure timely follow-up.
