You will maintain an active TN RN license, travel as needed, and collaborate with care managers and physicians to educate patients and families. Proficiency with EMR and MS Office is required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated from an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• Tennessee RN licensure or compact state license.
• AHA BLS for HealthCare Providers required on hire.
• Two years of clinical quality or case management experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to patient sites as needed.
• Neurological care experience is highly valued.
