This exciting opportunity allows you to travel across the United States while making a meaningful impact by helping veterans with neurological conditions. You’ll assess and evaluate conditions like Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Multiple Sclerosis (MS), seizure disorders, stroke, and other neurological disorders to ensure veterans receive the disability benefits they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform C&P exams for veterans with neurological conditions, including headaches, TBI, seizure disorders, multiple sclerosis, stroke, Parkinson's disease, and more.
  • Conduct thorough neurological evaluations, reviewing the veteran’s medical history and performing physical exams that assess cognitive function, motor skills, reflexes, and more.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests like MRI scans, CT scans, EEGs, and nerve conduction studies to assess the underlying neurological issues.
  • Provide detailed medical reports outlining the severity of the neurological condition, its impact on the veteran's daily life, and whether it is connected to military service.
  • Travel to various locations across the U.S. to conduct multiple exams in different regions, making the most of your travel time.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified neurologist with an active, unrestricted medical license in the U.S.
  • Experience in performing neurological exams, diagnosing conditions, and providing comprehensive medical assessments.
  • Strong understanding of C&P exam procedures and VA disability guidelines (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear and concise medical reports.
  • Compassionate and professional demeanor when working with veterans.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States to perform exams in different regions.

  • Flexible schedule allowing you to work PRN—ideal for those looking for a mix of professional fulfillment and travel flexibility.
  • Opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of veterans by providing critical evaluations that help them receive the disability benefits they deserve.
  • Travel across the U.S., with opportunities to explore new locations and enjoy the flexibility of being on the move.
