Job summary

Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking a Neurologist for Centrastate Hospital in Freehold, NJ. The role offers part-time hospital shifts (4 per month) with potential for full-time office shifts if Botox and EMG are added.

Shifts run 7a–7p, with approximately 17 patients daily. You will diagnose, treat, and manage nervous system disorders, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completed neurology residency with eligibility or board certification.
• Valid New Jersey medical license and clinical neurology experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive neurological examinations to diagnose disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including referrals when needed.
• Collaborate with primary care, neurosurgery, PT, and nursing teams.
• Interpret MRI/CT, EEG, and EMG results to guide care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, prognoses, and options.
• Contribute to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with policies.
