Qualifications

• Successful completion of Neurology Residency.
• Unrestricted Oregon Physician (MD/DO) license or ability to obtain.
• Current DEA certificate prior to start date.
• BE/BC in Neurology.

• Collaborative care with embedded Neuropsychology.
• Full or Part-Time schedules - designed to give balance.
• Well-established practice with strong primary care referral base.
