Job summary

Harbor Health is seeking a Board-Certified Neurologist to join our innovative team in Austin or San Antonio. You will deliver general neurological care across in-person, virtual, and phone visits while leading care pathways within our AI-enabled EHR to ensure evidence-based management.

You will collaborate with the care team, provide C2C e-consults, contribute to population health programs, and oversee APPs.

Qualifications

MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Neurology Residency program.
Board certification in Neurology by ABPN.
Active Texas medical license or eligibility for licensure.
Commitment to team-based, value-based care and population health management.
Familiarity with digital health tools and EMR systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide general neurological care in ambulatory settings, including in-person, virtual, and telephone visits.
Lead design/iteration of care pathways and order sets in our AI-enabled EHR system to standardize care.
Collaborate with care team to deliver integrated, team-based care.
Provide clinician-to-clinician e-consultations to streamline care.
Engage in population health management to improve care and outcomes.
Oversee specialty-aligned APPs across Harbor markets to extend capacity.
Own clinical KPIs and present results to leadership.
