Job summary

Harbor Health in Texas seeks a Board-Certified Neurologist to join our team in Austin or San Antonio and help lead new models for neurological care. You will provide general neurology services and collaborate with primary care to deliver value-based, team-based care.

You will design care pathways, oversee AI-enabled workflows, and own KPIs such as time-to-first-appointment and Total Cost of Care reductions, reporting outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with completed ACGME Neurology Residency.
• Board certification in Neurology by ABPN.
• Active Texas license or eligibility to practice.
• Experience with value-based and population health care.
• Familiarity with digital health tools and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide general neurological care in ambulatory settings, in-person, virtual, and telehealth.
• Lead care pathways and order sets within the AI system and Athena EHR.
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver integrated, team-based care.
• Own KPIs like time-to-first-appointment and Total Cost of Care reductions.
