Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible with a plan for certification.
• Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration required.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation.
• Strong collaboration with specialists.

Responsibilities

• Deliver diagnostic and treatment services for neurological disorders.
• Perform neurological tests (EEG, EMG, NCV) for accurate diagnoses.
• Manage a dedicated patient panel with long-term care focus.
• Collaborate in an integrated multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
