Job summary

Confident Search Consultants is seeking a Neurologist in Hobart, Indiana, to join a well-established healthcare provider focused on physician well-being and work-life balance. The role offers a full-time schedule Monday–Friday with a 1:5 call rotation in a premier, tech-forward environment.

You will diagnose and treat a wide range of neurological disorders, perform EEGs/EMGs/NCVs, and collaborate within an integrated team to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for a wide range of neurological disorders.
• Utilize a unique work structure designed to maximize clinical expertise within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Conduct and interpret neurological tests such as EEGs, EMGs, and NCVs for accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Manage a dedicated patient panel focusing on long-term neurological health, symptom management and evidence-based care.
• Clinic patients per day: 12-25; Call Rotation: 1:5.
