Join a well-established Northwest Indiana provider prioritizing physician well-being and work-life balance. Responsibilities include diagnostics, EEG/EMG/NCV, and long-term patient management with a clinic load of 12–25 patients per day.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists.

Responsibilities

• Deliver diagnostic and treatment services for neurological disorders (stroke, epilepsy, MS, Parkinson’s, neuromuscular).
• Work within an integrated multidisciplinary environment to maximize clinical expertise.
• Conduct and interpret EEGs, EMGs, NCVs for accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Manage a dedicated patient panel focusing on long-term neurological health and evidence-based care. Clinic patients per day: 12-25; Call Rotation: 1:5.
