Job summary

Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking a Neurologist for a full-time position in Hobart, Indiana, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 1:5 call rotation. The role emphasizes a sustainable work-life balance within a premier, tech-forward environment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a wide range of neurological disorders, performing EEGs/EMGs/NCVs, and collaborating in an integrated multidisciplinary team. Open to H-1B applicants with Indiana license.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for a wide range of neurological disorders, including stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and neuromuscular conditions.
• Utilize a work structure designed to maximize clinical expertise in an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Conduct and interpret neurological tests such as EEGs, EMGs, and NCVs to facilitate accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
• Manage a dedicated patient panel, focusing on long-term neurological health, symptom management, and evidence-based care.
• Clinic patients per day: 12-25.
• Call Rotation: 1:5
