Job Description:
The Department of Neurology at the University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville seeks full-time faculty members at the non-tenure accruing level of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor. The successful candidates will be BC/BE adult neurologists with or without specialty training (stroke, dementia, neurotrauma, neurohospitalist, epilepsy, neuromuscular, movement disorder, neuroimmunology, neurocritical care). Faculty positions are available for the Jacksonville campus. There are opportunities to modify patient-mix to subspecialty interests. The successful candidate is expected to participate in shared departmental clinical and teaching responsibilities. There are also opportunities to participate in various leadership roles and advance in academic rank. This position will report to the Chairman of the Department of Neurology at the University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville.
Candidates should possess an MD/DO (or foreign equivalent) degree and a Florida Medical License.
Preferred Qualifications:
A BC/BE adult neurologist with or without specialty training.
