UPMC's Great Lakes Physician Practice (GLPP) in Jamestown, NY is seeking a dedicated Neurologist for a mixed outpatient and inpatient role. The practice offers a high degree of clinical autonomy with strong system and specialty support, including EMG on-site and EEG collaboration with neurology colleagues.

The position emphasizes inpatient rounding for acute neurological conditions, access to Epic EMR, and a robust referral network within UPMC’s integrated health system.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Accredited Neurology Residency Program completion.
• American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Neurology.
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License.
• DEA certification.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient general neurology consultations with on-site EMG where available.
• Inpatient rounding to manage acute neurological conditions.
• Coordinate EEG studies performed at UPMC Chautauqua and interpreted with neurology colleagues.
• Provide high level clinical autonomy with system and specialty support.
