Travel:

This position will travel between our Your, Reading and Lancaster, PA offices.

Job Duties

Oversee the patient’s diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries.
Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury
Diagnose and treat neurological disorders in patients of all ages, with a focus on adults who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents.
Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review and physical examinations
Ordering and interpretation of MRI’s in addition to other diagnostic studies
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness and potential side effects
Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding their condition and treatment options
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and leads in a way that aligns with the company’s ESG goals

MD/DO from an accredited educational institution
Board certified in Neurology
Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania
Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification

Medicine – Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventive health-care measures
Customer and Personal Service – Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction

Physical/Mental Requirements

Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, working in kneeling position, crawling, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting max. of 20 lbs.
