Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Hoffman Estates is seeking a General Neurologist for a 100% outpatient practice, Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm. You will join a physician-led network with 14 physicians and 3 APPs across six locations and collaborate with more than 1,000 Duly providers.

Competitive total rewards include a salary range of $400,000–$550,000 with potential bonuses or stipends, CME funds, and an equity-eligibility shareholder track.

Compensation & Benefits

• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $350,000 - $400,000, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $400,000 - $550,000.
