• Licensed physician practicing Infectious Disease.
• Board-certified/eligible in Infectious Diseases preferred.
• Experience with adult patient care and hospital consults may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient infectious disease care for adults.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and APPs.
• Cover hospital services at multiple partner hospitals as assigned.

Opportunity Highlights

• General infectious disease opportunity seeing adults
• Join a team of 3 physicians and 2.5 advanced practice providers
• Clinic location is in Lombard with hospital coverage at either Edward Hospital, Central DuPage Hospital, Elmhurst Hospital, or Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital
• Inpatient 75%; outpatient 25% of time
• Call is 1:4 with APP support
• Strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across Infectious Disease and more than 1,000 Duly providers
• Competitive total rewards salary between $275,000 and $350,000, which includes the opportunity for financial bonuses or stipends, CME funds, and shareholder track for equity eligibility

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base compensation for this position is $250,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus, equaling total target cash compensation that may be between $275,000 and $350,000.
