Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility with plan for certification.
• Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration (or eligibility).
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and treatment services for neurological disorders including stroke, epilepsy, MS, Parkinson's, and neuromuscular conditions.
• Utilize a multidisciplinary care model to maximize clinical expertise.
• Perform and interpret EEGs, EMGs, and NCVs for accurate diagnoses and plans.
• Manage a patient panel focusing on long-term neurological health.

Job Type : Full-time | Monday – Friday, flexible schedule | 1:5 call rotation
Location: Hobart, IN

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for a wide range of neurological disorders, including stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and neuromuscular conditions
• Utilize a unique work structure designed to maximize clinical expertise in an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Conduct and interpret neurological tests such as EEGs, EMGs, and NCVs to facilitate accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
• Manage a dedicated patient panel, focusing on long‑term neurological health, symptom management, and evidence‑based care
  • Clinic patients per day: 12-25
  • Call Rotation: 1:5

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI‑assisted documentation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists
