Job Summary:

Intensive Care Consortium (ICC Healthcare) is seeking a Neuro Critical Care Intensivist to join Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas.

Description:

Specialization: Critical Care Internal Medicine, Internal Medicine NeuroCritical Care, Neurology Neurocritical Care

Qualified Candidates:
  • Must be board certified/board eligible in Neuro Critical Care
  • 15 (12-hour) shifts per month, block scheduling
  • Day Shift with low burden call from home at night for continuity of Neuro Patients
  • Cover 26 Bed combined Neuro and Cardiac Unit, typically 10-15 Neuro patients
  • 52 Total ICU Beds: 2 MDs & 2 APPs during the day, 1 MD & 2 APPs at night, occasional Float APP
  • Comprehensive Stroke Center, Level 1 Trauma
  • Strong NS Program: Neurointerventionalist, Neurohospitalists, IR, and Neurosurgery Support
  • Clinical teaching responsibilities to support GME program, IM/FM Residents
