Balanced Physical Therapy + Wellness is looking for a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist with specialization in Neurological + Orthopedic Rehabilitation. This role is ideal for a clinician who specializes in treating neurological conditions including stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, Parkinson's as well as degenerative neurological conditions. This candidate will thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and is committed to improving qualify of life for individuals with neurological conditions.

You will assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans to address movement dysfunctions caused by injury, illness, or aging. You will work closely with patients to set achievable rehabilitation goals, educate them on preventative care, and support their journey to recovery.

About The Role

Responsibilities (Duties of this position are included but not limited to):

Patient Evaluation & Diagnosis

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to access physical

Treatment Planning & Implementation

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Patient Education & Support

• Offer guidance

exercises and self-care practices.

Documentation & Compliance

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy | Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited Program
• Current Physical Therapy license for the state of New Mexico
• Previous experience in physical therapy & neurological rehabilitation
• Possess and enhances up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients
• Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy for patients
• Demonstrates a “servitude” attitude
