Job summary

Applicants should have a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy or a PT degree prior to 2016 with Indiana licensure, and ABPTS specialist certification and residency experience are preferred. BLS may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s/Master’s in PT prior to 2016
• Indiana Physical Therapist license required
• ABPTS specialist certification with 1 year residency/5 years in specialty preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced life support may be required per unit policies
