Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in neuroscience, biomedical engineering, computer science, biostatistics, epidemiology, data science, psychology, or a related field.
• Two or more years of research experience in neuroimaging preferred.
• Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with Python, R, MATLAB, or similar programming languages.
• Published scholarship or work products that demonstrate existing skills related to this role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support acquisition of multimodal neuroimaging data, including diffusion MRI, fMRI, MRS, and PET imaging.
• Monitor imaging data acquisition and perform QA/QC to identify artifacts and protocol deviations.
• Independently conduct, document, and troubleshoot neuroimaging analyses using established software and pipelines.
• Develop reproducible scripts and workflows for image preprocessing, processing, analysis, and visualization.
• Maintain documentation of analytic methods and results to promote rigor and reproducibility.
• Coordinate data transfer and sharing among investigators and approved partners.
