Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus seeks a full-time Research Services Senior Professional for the Psychiatry department. The RSSP will support daily research activities including recruitment, consent, assessments, brain stimulation, and neuroimaging, with collaboration across campus.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, data management, and training of research staff, with onsite work in Aurora, CO and potential hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical or behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution.
• 2 years of quantitative neuroscience, neuroimaging, or related data science experience.
• Advanced degree may substitute for experience; substitutions allowed year-for-year.
• Experience with regulatory and data management practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer brain stimulation and MRI experiments following safety protocols.
• Coordinate participant visits and manage research data across procedures.
• Prepare regulatory materials and submit IRB documentation.
• Train and onboard research staff on procedures and data collection.
• Ensure study quality, compliance, and excellent documentation.
