Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a Neuromodulation Research Program Manager in the Department of Psychiatry. The role oversees administration for a growing neuromodulation research program, including budgets, contracts, IRB coordination, and study start-up across multiple multicenter studies.

The candidate will coordinate fMRI and TMS research activities, manage onboarding of research staff, and partner with faculty and institutional offices to ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social/behavioral sciences, physical sciences, public health, healthcare, or related field and 4-6 years of professional experience in research administration or human-subjects research operations.
• Experience with IRB processes, study start-up, regulatory documentation, and research compliance preferred.
• Ability to develop administrative processes, workflows, and tracking for a growing research portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative and research operations across multiple studies and investigators.
• Coordinate pre-award and post-award activities including proposals, budgets, and award setup.
• Oversee regulatory aspects of IRB submissions, amendments, continuing reviews, and study closures.
• Coordinate scheduling, resource planning, and workflows for MRI (fMRI) and TMS research.
• Recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and training for research personnel; support program development and reporting.
