Job summary

The Neuromodulation Research Data Analyst at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus supports quantitative, computational, and data management tasks for a multidisciplinary neuromodulation program within the Psychiatry department in Aurora, CO.

This role involves processing, analyzing, and organizing complex neuroimaging datasets, developing pipelines, and contributing to manuscripts and grant applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social/behavioral sciences, physical sciences, public health, healthcare, or a directly related field.
• 2 years of professional experience in research data analysis, neuroimaging, or related quantitative work.
• Experience with Python, R, MATLAB or related tools.
• Experience with data management and reproducible workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze neuroimaging, neuromodulation, behavioral, clinical, and other research datasets using established quantitative and computational methods.
• Implement statistical analyses under the guidance of senior personnel.
• Apply analysis pipelines to MRI data and other neuroscience datasets.
• Generate summary statistics, derived variables, and analytic datasets for research projects.
• Assist with integration of multimodal research data.
