University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) invites applications for a Staff Research Associate I to coordinate lab research projects in the Integrative Biology and Physiology department. The role involves scheduling, participant screening, database maintenance, and IRB submissions while supporting a BrightFocus Foundation grant study.

The position requires interacting with adults across the lifespan, including those with neuropsychiatric conditions.

Formación

• Experience in managing databases and juggling multiple tasks while keeping projects on track.
• Experience coordinating with human subjects, including screening and scheduling participants, is preferred.
• Experience with neuroimaging data collection or analysis is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate research projects in the lab, including scheduling and participant screening.
• Maintain and update databases and records; assist with IRB filings and protocol submissions.
• Attend lab meetings and take notes to track study progress and decisions.
• Lead data collection for BrightFocus Foundation grant, including behavioral, neuropsychological testing, MRI and PET imaging, and saliva collection.
