Job summary

Adventist HealthCare seeks an experienced Neurologist for our Neuro Hospitalist Department to extend care across physical, mental, and spiritual healing within a faith-based system. The Neuro Hospitalist will diagnose and treat neurological disorders, respond to stroke codes, and collaborate with ED, ICU, and other clinical areas.

Qualified candidates hold an MD, board certification in Neurology, and ACLS; vascular neurology fellowship is preferred.

Qualifications

• MD degree required.
• Fellowship in Vascular Neurology preferred.
• ABPN certification in Neurology required.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients with neurological disorders such as stroke, seizures and other neurological disorders.
• Respond to Stroke Codes while on duty.

As a Neurohospitalist you will:

• Diagnose and treat patients with neurological disorders such as stroke, seizures and other neurological disorders.
• Respond to Stroke Codes while on duty.
• Work collaboratively with ED, ICU and other clinical areas.

Qualifications include:

• Degree of Doctor of Medicine
• Fellowship in Vascular Neurology preferred
• American Board certification in Neurology
• American Heart Association ACLS certification required

Work Schedule: All interested physicians must exhibit dedication to support, grow and develop the Medical Group.

Pay Range: $104,000.00 - $1,404,000.00

If the salary range is not displayed or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
