Job summary

GAP Solutions seeks a Scientific Program Analyst to provide scientific and programmatic support to the NINDS Division of Neuroscience, with emphasis on genetic and genomic research portfolios. You will help analyze portfolios, prepare presentations, manage databases, and coordinate with investigators and staff.

The role involves developing plans, budgets, and milestones, performing literature searches, and creating concise reports for stakeholders in support of translational neuroscience

Qualifications

• Experience with scientific literature searches and data synthesis.
• Ability to create presentation materials including tables, graphs, slides.
• Experience using project management tools to track progress.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple projects and initiatives from concept to execution.
• Organize and maintain project documentation and communications; track progress using management tools.
• Prepare scientific and programmatic presentation materials (tables, graphs, abstracts, posters) for meetings.
• Conduct literature searches and manage references; condense material for reporting.
• Coordinate with staff and stakeholders; respond to investigators and program staff on inquiries.
• Develop plans, budgets, and milestones for projects and transition through phases.
