Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for therapeutics development; ability to manage resources, timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Direct the core scientific and operational activities of CNT in collaboration with the Executive Director.
• Manage day-to-day operations including resource allocation and growth opportunities.
• Establish an advisory board/steering committee representing relevant departments and institutes.
• Oversee development of CNT marketing strategies, business development and fundraising efforts.
• Plan and coordinate research personnel engagement events, scientific meetings and web presence.

Education

Master's Degree in Genetics, Cell and Gene Therapy, Biomedicine or directly related discipline

PhD in genetics, cell and gene therapy, biomedicine or related field
