A multidisciplinary neuroscience program in southeast Alabama near the Florida and Georgia borders is seeking a BC/BE NeuroEndovascular Surgeon to provide specialized clinical care while serving in a physician leadership role for the clinic.

Practice Highlights:

• Full-time NeuroEndovascular Surgery position
• Physician leadership for multidisciplinary clinic services
• Provide clinical direction in collaboration with the Clinic Administrator
• Help establish and maintain patient care standards and protocols
• Lead continuous quality improvement and quality management initiatives
• Collaborate with medical staff to establish and monitor quality and outcome indicators
• Help address clinical issues affecting medical staff and departmental services
• Support planning for clinic services, equipment, space and patient-care processes
• Build strong relationships with referring physicians and other healthcare partners
• Participate in development and implementation of short- and long-term business plans
• Contribute to departmental policies, procedures and strategic initiatives
• Support financial planning, reporting and operational controls
