Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque seeks a Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist to support advanced image-guided procedures in a hybrid OR. You will prepare and operate angiography/fluoroscopy systems, assist the team, maintain sterile technique, and contribute to patient and staff safety in both scheduled and emergent cases.

The role requires ARRT/RCIS/RCES or equivalent, NM license, and 1–2 years in cardiac cath lab, IR, or hybrid OR.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular / Cardiopulmonary Technologist program (3 years of additional experience can substitute for degree).
• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Sciences requires NM Radiography Tech license (ARRT-R) within 1 year after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Support complex image-guided procedures in a hybrid operating room.
• Prepare and maintain hybrid suite equipment (biplane/angiography systems, fluoroscopy), ensuring sterile technique.
• Assist the procedural team and support patient and staff safety during emergent and scheduled cases.
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment under physician direction.
• Maintain accurate procedural documentation in the EMR and imaging systems.
