Stevenson High School (Lincolnshire, IL) is seeking a Neurodiversity Club Sponsor for the 2026-2027 school year.

About the Club:

Neurodiversity Club is a student-led identity and advocacy group. Its mission is to make the Stevenson community more inclusive for neurodivergent students by building understanding and acceptance of neurodiversity, informing school policy and curriculum, and giving neurodivergent students a collective voice. The club meets regularly for discussion, shared storytelling, and outreach, and serves as a space where neurodivergent students can belong and advocate for themselves and each other.

Role Summary:

The sponsor provides oversight, continuity, and support to student leadership while preserving the club as a genuinely student-driven space. This is not an instructional role. The sponsor's job is to ensure the club runs safely, stays organized, and maintains a trusted adult connection to the school.

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly pay

• External Candidate will be paid $17 per hour
• Current Faculty, please refer to the current Agreement
• Current Support Staff will be paid at your current hourly rate.
