Neurodiagnostics System Manager is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations including department personnel, and patient care across the healthcare system.Responsibilities include but, are not limited to the following:
·Collaborate with Regional Directors and the System Director to support strategic planning and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
·Set clear performance expectations for Neurodiagnostic staff; coach, develop, and evaluate team members to promote individual and departmental success.
·Manage employee relations, including performance management, staff engagement, and conflict resolution.
·Promote professional development through a structured orientation program, ongoing education, defined performance standards, and regular feedback.
·Develop, implement, and communicate departmental policies and procedures.
·Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal quality improvement programs related to Neurosciences.
·Assist the Director in preparing the annual department budget and managing expenses.
Education Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred
Minimum Requirements
•At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare field.
•Previous leadership experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
•Proven experience in staff management and development.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Demonstrated experience in budget preparation and departmental financial management.
