Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Working Supervisor, Neurodiagnostics to oversee day-to-day operations of the neurodiagnostic lab and lead staff under the Neuroscience Operations Manager. The role includes scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Electroneurodiagnostic program completion or related accredited associate degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of neurophysiologic monitoring experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Board EEG/EP registrations (REEGT, REPT, R.NCS.T, CLTM, CNIM).

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff: hire, transfer, promote, discipline, and evaluate performance.
• Lead daily neurodiagnostic lab operations to ensure patient care quality and safety.
• Provide leadership and scheduling for Neurodiagnostic Lab staff.
• Train staff and articulate service level expectations.
• Set staffing patterns to meet service levels efficiently.
• Develop and maintain staff training programs for processes and equipment.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to resolve issues and meet targets.
• Maintain professionalism with staff and patients.
• Work with physicians to implement leading practice protocols.
• Meet safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Develop and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage timekeeping: weekly schedules, on-call, approvals.
• Enter on-call technicians into the scheduling system.
• Monitor expenditures and pursue cost savings opportunities.
• Maintain equipment and supply inventories; coordinate repairs and new equipment discussions.
