Job summary

BayCare Health System, Neurodiagnostics‑MCH, Mease Countryside, seeks a Neurodiagnostic Technologist to perform EEG, LTM, TCD, EP, and NCV procedures on‑site. The role supports a busy clinical environment and patient care in the Tampa Bay area.

Education includes HS diploma or GED with enrollment in a CAAHEP or equivalent NDT program within 6 months; BLS/SFAC within 30 days; at least 1 year of neurodiagnostics experience is required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; must be enrolled in/expected to enroll in a NDT program within 6 months of hire.
• BLS and Seizure First Aid (SFAC) within 30 days.
• 1 year in neurodiagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Perform EEG, long‑term monitoring (LTM), transcranial Doppler (TCD), evoked potentials (EP), and NCV.
• On‑site clinical responsibilities at Mease Countryside in BayCare Neurodiagnostics‑MCH.

Summary

Responsible for performing neurodiagnostic procedures including electroencephalogram (EEG), long‑term monitoring (LTM), transcranial Doppler (TCD), evoked potentials (EP), and nerve conduction velocity (NCV).

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: HS graduate or GED equivalent; must be a graduate, currently enrolled in, or expected to enroll within 6 months of hire in one of the following: a CAAHEP‑accredited NDT program, a non‑CAAHEP formal NDT program, or a college program offering a minimum of an associate degree.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Seizure First Aid (SFAC) within 30 days.
• Experience: 1 year in neurodiagnostics.
