Job summary

Scottish Rite for Children in Dallas is seeking a Neurodiagnostic Technologist to support intraoperative monitoring and routine neurodiagnostic testing. The role emphasizes patient safety, high-quality waveform acquisition, and collaboration with interpreting physicians.

Strong CNIM certification, IONM experience, and pediatric exposure are preferred. Responsibilities include setup, testing, analysis, and training others, with on-call coverage and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Neurological Monitoring (ND) program.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Health Science is preferred.
• CNIM Certification is required.
• R. EEG T/R and EP T are preferred.
• Experience in advanced modality: IONM setting.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up monitoring equipment while ensuring patient safety.
• Writes descriptive technical analyses and communicates with team members.
• Performs routine and advanced testing; recognizes significant events and patterns.
• Alerts supervisor or hospital systems per protocols for critical events.
• Provides teaching and training for other ND technologists.
