Qualifications

• Direct supervision of Neurodiagnostic Tech staff expected.
• Direction, education, and professional development of the team.
• Experience with EEG/IONM/EP/EMG/TCD and related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily supervision and management of the Neurodiagnostic Tech team members.
• Coordinates scheduling and assignment of technical staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintains and calibrates laboratory equipment; troubleshoots issues as needed.
• Oversees hiring, termination, and ongoing staff development.
• Ensures compliance with clinical protocols and department policies.
• Supports educational activities for students, residents, and fellows.
