Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Neurodiagnostic Assistant to perform neurophysiology studies under supervision. You will operate EEG/neurodiagnostic equipment, ensure patient safety, and document results in the EMR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. EEG certification within two years of hire.
• Board registry eligibility preferred for licensure.
• Enrollment or completion of CA AHEP accredited programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates neurodiagnostic equipment and produces quality studies.
• Maintains infection control and safety practices.
• Documents observations in EMR and patient records.
• Assists with various neurodiagnostic procedures under supervision.
• Participates in training and department meetings.
