Qualifications

• Must have National EEG certification (R.EEG.T.) through ABRET.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, ambulatory, and continuous video EEG monitoring.
• Conduct evoked potentials and nerve conduction studies as applicable.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort; provide clear explanations of procedures.
• Obtain and document relevant medical history and clinical information.
• Recognize and document clinically significant EEG abnormalities; collaborate with neurologists and staff.
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure proper calibration.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement and continuing education activities.
