Job summary

East of England Community Health & Care NHS Trust seeks a clinician to assess children with neurodevelopmental differences within a multidisciplinary team. You will use evidence-based tools like ADOS, gather information from education and families, and contribute to feedback, MDT discussions and pathway development.

You will also undertake clinical governance, audit activities, and supervise students, maintaining high professional standards and effective communication with health and education

Qualifications

• Autonomous clinical decision-making within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to communicate complex assessments to families and care teams.
• Competence in evaluating neurodevelopmental conditions using evidence-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess children with neurodevelopmental conditions as part of a MDT.
• Deliver feedback to families and contribute to care planning.
• Generate reports, supervise students, and participate in governance and audit.
