Qualifications

• Board Certified/Eligible in neurocritical care (UCNS or ACGME).
• Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or ability to obtain one.
• U.S. ACGME Neurology Residency.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• DEA credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary coverage for the 24-bed IMED Neurocritical Care Unit.
• Provide inpatient neurocritical care consults in IMED ICUs.
• Deliver Tele-Neurocritical Care services for Intermountain hospitals.
• Collaborate with Neurosurgeons, Neurohospitalists, Interventional Neuroradiology, and Trauma Services.
• Maintain 24/7 NCCU attendance with APP support and split day/night schedule.
• Lead and participate in clinical research and education of trainees.
