Job summary

Qualifications

Experience as advanced practice provider in neurocritical or critical care.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic interpretation skills.
Proficient in managing ventilatory support and infusion therapies.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient/family education.
Ability to integrate care across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct focused assessments and develop/guide patient care plans.
Manage critical therapies, including ventilators and infusions.
Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic testing to support clinical decision-making.
Collaborate with intensivists, neurologists, nursing staff, and rehabilitation teams.
Educate patients and families and support coordinated transitions of care.
