Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho seeks a Neurocritical Care physician to lead the NCC Attending role in a multi-disciplinary Neuro and Surgical Trauma ICU setting. The position involves managing complex, critically ill neurological patients in a tertiary center with telemedicine stroke support.

The role requires neurocritical care fellowship training, boards, and licensure in Idaho and Oregon, with a commitment to a 12-hour shift schedule and a collaborative, high-acuity

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of an ACGME/AOA residency in Neurology, Internal Medicine, Neurosurgery, Anesthesia, or Emergency Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Lead NCC Attending role for neuro medical and consult cases in the Neuro and Surgical Trauma ICU.
• Provide care for critically ill neurological inpatients and collaborate with intensivists, neurosurgeons, and hospitalists.
• Support robotic telemedicine consultations for stroke services across SAHS hospitals.
