Job summary

Teva is seeking a NeuroCare Sales Specialist to drive growth in a defined Missouri territory. You will launch a potential first-in-class Tourette syndrome treatment and partner with healthcare providers to deliver education and solutions.

Will shape market adoption and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals. Based in or near Springfield, MO, you will manage key accounts, navigate complex stakeholder networks, and ensure compliant, high-impact execution of territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Experience selling to physicians, nurses, and medical staff.
• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and multi-stakeholder engagement.
• New product launch experience in specialty pharma or complex disease markets.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with regional team members and external contacts at all levels.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
• Consult with physicians, nurses and medical staff to promote products and educate patients.
• Strategically grow key accounts by tailored solutions and market insights.
• Review sales data to create territory plans and manage promotional budgets.
• Maintain compliance with Teva policies and drive cohesive sales strategies.
• Travel as required to cover Springfield, MO and surrounding areas.
