Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in related field with strong analytical and data-driving skills.
• Experience in computational workflows for neural data analysis and behavior integration.
• Proven ability to manage laboratory operations and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with rodents and behavioral assays is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead in vivo animal work including mouse handling, colony management, and records upkeep.
• Develop Python workflows to pre-process, segment, and clean calcium imaging datasets.
• Synchronize neural time-series with behavioral tracking from operant sessions.
• Collaborate with postdocs and students; assist with data collection and grant writing.
• Maintain lab equipment, procurement, and safety/compliance protocols.
