Schedule & Location

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (may vary based on clinic needs)

Location: 151 VICTORIA COMMONS BLVD, Deland, FL, 32724

Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect outpatient physical therapy services, utilizing autonomous and collaborative practice to deliver evidence-based care. Participate in community marketing and build referral relationships.

Minimum Qualifications

• Florida Physical Therapist License or Temporary PT permit
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Preferred Qualifications

Previous outpatient clinical experience or rotations

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $36.22 - $54.33 per hour; 40 hours/week
