Qualifications

• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred; BSN required as of 4/27/2025 per job description update.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients and gather information from the inter-disciplinary team.
• Develop an individualized plan of care with patient, family, and team involvement.
• Direct and coordinate care, delegate tasks, and manage resources to meet care plans.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with licensure and ethical standards.
