Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will coordinate with an interdisciplinary team and ensure care aligns with licensed guidelines and evidence-based practices.

Minimum requirements include an active RN license and BLS. BSN preferred; transfer of compact licenses within 60 days is expected for practitioners moving to the state.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develops individualized plan of care with patient, family, and team involvement.
• Implement: Directs care delivery and coordinates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate: Reassesses care outcomes and revises the plan as needed.
• Professionalism: Maintains ethical standards, documentation, and licensure compliance.
