Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Med Surg Neuro Trauma Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for complex medical, neurological, and trauma patients. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor neuro status and vital signs, administer medications, and coordinate multidisciplinary care plans to promote recovery.

You will educate patients and families, document in EHR, and uphold safety, quality, and infection prevention standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure.
• Experience or knowledge in neurology, trauma, or med-surg nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment, monitoring, and patient education skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care for complex medical, neurological, and trauma patients
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor neuro status and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans to promote optimal recovery
• Educate patients and families on care and recovery processes
• Ensure accurate documentation within Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and infection prevention
