Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Med Surg Neuro Trauma Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for complex medical, neurological, and trauma patients. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor neuro status and vital signs, administer medications, and coordinate multidisciplinary care plans to promote recovery.

You will educate patients and families, document in EHR, and uphold safety, quality, and infection prevention standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure.
• Experience or knowledge in neurology, trauma, or med-surg nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment, monitoring, and patient education skills.
